How is my order packaged for shipping?
We ship our frozen goods in insulated liners with dry ice or gel packs to ensure your products arrive at a safe temperature. Our packaging is designed to maintain freshness for up to 48 hours in transit.
What does 'Regenerative Farming' mean for your products?
Regenerative farming focuses on soil health, biodiversity, and carbon sequestration. For our customers, this means nutrient-dense meat raised in a way that heals the environment rather than depleting it.
When will my order ship?
To ensure your perishables don't sit in a carrier warehouse over the weekend, we typically ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our farm.
Do you offer returns on food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during transit, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.
Are your animals grass-fed and finished?
Yes, our cattle and sheep are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. They spend their entire lives on pasture, grazing on a diverse mix of forages without any grain supplementation.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?
Because we begin processing orders quickly to ensure freshness, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within two hours of order placement.
