We are excited to introduce a new line of sauces and marinades to compliment our grassfed and pasture-raised meats, made in our on-farm Commissary!
A creamy marinade with a tangy, citrus edge. Garlic and lemon are heavily complemented with rosemary, oregano, and thyme for an Italian-inspired flavor profile. Use to marinate steak, chicken, or poultry for several hours before cooking to tenderize and add bold flavor.
*This marinade ships frozen and must be kept refrigerated.
Ingredients: Garlic, Lemon, Red Wine Vinegar (water, red wine vinegar, white distilled vinegar, and artificial color), Salt, Thyme, Oregano, Rosemary, Black Pepper, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Onion.
